Each limousine accommodates up to 6 people in the rear compartment and 1 in the front with the Funeral Operative.

Yes, you can carry the coffin. Please contact us beforehand to ensure it can be done safely. Alternatively, families can use a wheeled bier for a
dignified entrance into the chapel.

Our Funeral Home is open for visitation at any time. If you wish to visit our private chapel, kindly inform us in advance, and we'll arrange for a staff member to assist you.

Yes, we can arrange for the deceased to be brought home at your convenience before the service or on the morning of the service.

Absolutely. Inform your Funeral Director of any special requests for music during entry or exit at the Crematorium Chapel. Original recordings are required due to copyright laws, but family recordings are permissible. Please finalise music selections at least 48 hours before the funeral.

Yes, if you prefer donations to charities instead of flowers, we'll handle the collection and forwarding of donations on your behalf.

No, the coffin remains in place until all attendees have left the Crematorium Chapel. Curtains may close  upon the request of the family.

Yes, each cremation is conducted individually, with strict procedures followed by crematorium staff to ensure proper identification and process adherence.

Yes, after cremation, the cremated remains are placed in a temporary container clearly marked with identification. We can assist with transferring ashes to a permanent urn or casket if needed.

Purchase a grave for interring ashes, allowing for future family burials.
Keep them at home in a special urn or memorial.
Scatter them in a meaningful location.
Bury or scatter them on an existing family grave, within regulations allowing up to 6 sets of ashes per full grave.

You can arrange catering independently, book a venue through us, or opt for our outside catering service at your specified location.

The timing varies: earth graves may require up to six months for settlement before a headstone can be safely installed. Raft plots allow for immediate placement.

If a headstone needs removal for a burial, we can organise this service with a qualified stone mason.
